North Devon+ is the accountable body for the LEADER 5 programme across Torridge and North Devon, the LEADER programme is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
This programme has a specific economic focus to look at support high-quality projects that will help to create new jobs, boost productivity, support businesses and create a long-term economic benefit for the rural Torridge and North Devon area.
